A blend of Sauvignon Blanc with 14% Semillon, this wine features aromas of gardenia flower, caperberry, rock melon, musk, nectarine, and almond biscotti with a subtle savoury undercurrent of bay leaf and flinty complexity.
Fermented in large-format French oak casks (15% new) and a concrete vat, the resultant wine features a deep, long and flavourful palate, with tight lines of Golden Delicious apple, lemon sherbet and petrichor tones washing over a refreshing base of integrated acidity.
