Unearth

If you have been to Levantine Hill recently you will notice a change in the air and on the landscape. We are launching an initiative called Unearth, which invites you to go a little deeper and uncover more of the Levantine Hill story. The finest wine and produce is at the heart of this initiative, which is a true celebration of the artistry and philosophy that drives us to deliver extraordinary experiences.

Our first event on the Unearth calendar was “The Hunt for Black Diamonds” a celebration of the black truffle. Guests joined us for a decadent ramble through the Levantine Hill Estate starting at Caesar’s Paddock, our very own truffière, followed by a specially designed lunch that showcased the hunt’s endeavours. A highlight of the day’s proceedings was a rare vertical wine tasting of our Estate and Katherine’s Paddock Chardonnays at the foot of the Katherine’s Paddock vineyard. This provided a unique opportunity to appreciate the very special terrior that produces our Family Paddock wines.
