Levantine Hill’s recently opened, multi-million-dollar winery and function centre last week hosted 100 guests for the wedding of Keep it Cleaner (KIC) co-founder and entrepreneur Laura Henshaw and her fiancé Dalton Graham. KIC is a thriving online fitness and wellbeing community.

“We were so excited to hold our wedding at Levantine Hill. We wanted an intimate wedding in an aesthetic space, amongst beautiful surrounds. We fell in love with the sculptural form of the winery’s architecture and its minimalist interior, which allowed us to beautifully style it to reflect Dalt’s and my personal style,’’ said Laura.

“When we were thinking about wedding venues, we did a lot of research and then went and visited Levantine Hill. After exploring the winery, with its beautiful views across the Yarra Valley, delicious food and premium wine, there was no other choice. We wanted somewhere unique and truly special.’’ she said.

“Dalt is especially a lover of red wine and has always been a fan of the Levantine Hill Family Paddock range, so it really was meant to be. ‘’

Laura’s maid of honour was KIC co-founder, Steph Claire Smith. The theme for the big event was black tie to match the occasion and the luxurious venue. Laura wore a breathtaking custom-made dress by Melbourne designer Kyha Studio. Guests were greeted with cocktails on arrival, an oyster bar, a dessert station with a fairy floss machine, a cheese station, and of course Levantine Hill’s award-winning Family Paddock wines throughout the evening. Each guest received a bottle of 2018 Katherine’s Paddock Chardonnay to gift home.

Levantine Hill Estate Managing Director Samantha Jreissati wished the happy couple all the best for their new chapter as a married couple and said it was especially pleasing to host high calibre weddings now that Melbourne’s lockdowns had ended. Weddings not only bring people together, but they bring the community together and continue to support local suppliers across a range of industries.
