Dinner en Rouge is Levantine Hill’s signature winter celebration - an immersive dining experience that invites you to slow down, indulge the senses, and enjoy the best the season has to offer.

Hosted at our Yarra Valley Estate, this year’s event offers the perfect setting for corporate hosting, client appreciation or celebrating with your team in style.

A First Taste of Something Rare

Guests will be among the very first to experience two unreleased Family Paddock wines:

2020 Colleen’s Paddock Pinot Noir and 2021 Samantha’s Paddock Mélange Traditionnel both of which are remarkable expressions of their vintage, with Samantha’s already garnering global acclaim and gold medals internationally.

These wines will be served alongside our flagship Family Paddock collection — single-vineyard, small-batch expressions that tell a story of place, patience and precision.

Truffle Season on the Plate and in the Glass

Winemakers Paul Bridgeman and Peter Shone have worked closely with our culinary team to design a four-course menu built around the richness of seasonal truffles - perfectly matched to our most expressive red wines.

The evening begins with a glass of our limited release 2017 Sparkling Rosé, before moving into a winter menu showcasing: Colleen’s Paddock Pinot Noir, Melissa’s Paddock Syrah and Samantha’s Paddock Mélange Traditionnel.

Each pairing is designed to enhance and elevate, celebrating the depth and character of both wine and cuisine.
