Dinner en Rouge returns
Dinner en Rouge returns for its seventh year for a feast of reds at Levantine Hill Estate and Flower Drum Restaurant. Both dinners will be hosted by our Chief Winemaker, Paul Bridgeman, and Winemaker Peter Shone, and take you on a journey through our flagship red wines, and feature two never-before-seen vintages, including our unreleased 2020 Colleen's Paddock Pinot Noir, and our unreleased special edition 2021 Samantha's Paddock Mélange Traditionnel, which continues to gather international acclaim and gold medals across the globe.

Start your journey at Levantine Hill with a bespoke food and wine tasting. Our wine tastings also unlock the opportunity to try some of the rarest and most expensive wines in the world, as part of a ‘benchmark’ wine tasting experience.
Continue into the à la carte lunch menu and select from a selection of smaller and larger dishes from our mediterranean-inspired menu, which combines time-honoured traditions of the Levant with a contemporary celebration of local terroir.

We are open on public holidays (except Christmas Day) with our full menu offering. Private functions are available outside these hours.
