Dinner en Rouge returns for its eighth year, bringing together the richness of truffle season and the release of our most anticipated Family Paddock red wines for an unforgettable evening in the Winery Pavilion overlooking the estate.
This year's event offers guests the first opportunity to experience two unreleased wines from the acclaimed 2019 vintage: Samantha's Paddock Mélange Traditionnel and Melissa's Paddock Syrah. Alongside these flagship releases, a selection of special surprise pours will be revealed throughout the evening.
Hosted by Chief Winemaker Paul Bridgeman and Winemaker Peter Shone, the evening features a bespoke four-course menu showcasing seasonal truffles and the finest local produce. Each dish has been thoughtfully designed to complement the depth, elegance and character of our Family Paddock wines, which reflect the unique expression of single-vineyard viticulture and Levantine Hill's unwavering commitment to craftsmanship.
Guests will be welcomed with our limited-release 2018 Sparkling Rosé before enjoying a carefully curated wine journey featuring Colleen's Paddock Pinot Noir, Melissa's Paddock Syrah and Samantha's Paddock Mélange Traditionnel, expertly matched across four courses. Set against the backdrop of the Yarra Valley, Dinner en Rouge promises an evening of exceptional wine, food and hospitality.
