Dinner en Rouge returns for its fourth year for a feast of reds; a lavish five course dinner in celebration of the release of our lovingly aged, single-vineyard Levantine Hill Estate red wines.
Executive Chef Anthony Lui of world-renowned fine-dining institution Flower Drum Restaurant has worked with Levantine Hill to create a bespoke Cantonese five course menu for this event, designed to match our Estate red wines, each of which celebrates the unique expression of single-vineyard viticulture and a painstaking, handcrafted approach.
With our limited edition 2015 Levantine Hill Sparkling Rosé served upon arrival, and our award-winning Pinot Noir, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon perfectly matched to the five course menu, this lavish dinner will be a feast of the very best Cantonese cuisine.
