Behind the Scenes Winemaking Experience

Join the winemaking team for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes, immersive experience at Levantine Hill. This experience includes:

• A tour of our state of the art, architecturally acclaimed Winery building, as well as the option to walk through a vineyard, to understand the process from bud burst to bottle;
• An opportunity to experience the craft of winemaking by hand plunging grape skins in their juice (MARCH only);
• A tutored tasting of not-yet-bottled wines straight from their oak barrels in our underground maturation store; and
• Seasonal snacks served at our cellar door (full lunch menu can be arranged in addition to snacks); and
• A bottle each of our flagship award-winning Samantha's Paddock Mélange Traditionnel (cabernet blend) wine, personally signed by our winemaker, to take home.
