Survey Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. The $20 Levantine Hill survey voucher is available to eligible recipients who complete the Levantine Hill Customer Survey.
2. The voucher provides $20 off one eligible online purchase made through the Levantine Hill online store.
3. The voucher is valid until 11:59 pm AEST on 31 August 2026. Any unused voucher value will expire after this date.
4. The voucher is valid for online purchases only at the Levantine Hill website.
5. The voucher cannot be redeemed at:
   • The Levantine Hill Restaurant
   • Levantine Hill Cellar Door
   • The Levantine Hill Hotel
   • Events, functions or private experiences
   • Any other physical venue or third-party retailer
6. The voucher is limited to one use per customer and one voucher per transaction.
7. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred or applied retrospectively to an existing order.
8. The voucher cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
9. The voucher cannot be combined with any other discount code, promotion or offer unless expressly stated otherwise.
10. Any minimum-order value, product exclusions or delivery charges shown at checkout will continue to apply.
11. The voucher code must be entered at checkout before the order is completed. The discount cannot be applied after payment has been processed.
12. Levantine Hill reserves the right to verify eligibility and cancel the voucher or an order where it reasonably believes the voucher has been misused, duplicated or obtained fraudulently.
13. These terms do not exclude or limit any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
