An exemplary ultra-low cropping season with a new winemaking philosophy gave rise to the production of this distinctive cool climate sparkling rosé. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, the wine is tempered by fine natural acidity with delicate fruit flavours harnessing a rich finish.
