Dinner en Rouge returns for its seventh year for a feast of reds; a lavish four course dinner in celebration of our lovingly aged, ultra-premium Family Paddock red wines, and the long-awaited truffle season.
This year, dinner will take you on a journey through our flagship red wines, and feature two never-before-seen vintages, including our unreleased 2020 Colleen's Paddock Pinot Noir, and our unreleased special edition 2021 Samantha's Paddock Mélange Traditionnel, which continues to gather international acclaim and gold medals across the globe.
Dinner will be hosted by our Chief Winemaker Paul Bridgeman, and Winemaker Peter Shone, who have worked alongside our chefs to meticulously craft a bespoke four course menu for this event, incorporating seasonal truffled, and designed to match perfectly to our red wines. Our ultra-premium Family Paddock wines each celebrate the unique expression of small batch single-vineyard viticulture and a painstaking, handcrafted approach.
With our limited edition 2017 Sparkling Rosé served upon arrival, and our award-winning Colleen's Paddock Pinot Noir, Melissa's Paddock Syrah and Samantha's Paddock Mélange Traditionnel, wines perfectly matched to the four course menu, this lavish dinner will be a feast of the very best the Yarra Valley has to offer.
